Meet the Sleeping Bag

The Sleeping Bag (previously the Jersey Sleeping Bag) is an arms-out sleeping bag for infants and toddlers. It's slim-fit shape and stretchy organic jersey cotton material are similar to the fit and feel of a swaddle to help ease the transition out of swaddling to arms-out sleeping. We recommend this product as baby's first sleeping bag, after the swaddling newborn phase is over.

Materials

95% Organic Cotton / 5% Elastane

The Sleeping Bag is made from Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified organic cotton that is non-toxic and gentle on irritable skin. All ergoPouch fabrics are dyed with non-toxic water based dyes. ergoPouch Sleeping Bags are reviewed by the Eczema Association of Australasia (EAA) as a skin-friendly product.

Care

How to wash and dry your Sleeping Bag

  • Gentle cold machine wash in mild detergent
  • Do not soak or bleach
  • Tumble dry low
  • Warm iron if required
  • Do not dry clean

When cared for properly, this product will last several years and can be used for more than one baby. Our TOGs don't lose their warmth ratings over time, but a gentle fluff up in the dryer on a low setting helps maintain the fibre's loft, allowing air to circulate more effectively.

Warnings

Ensure you buy the correct size for your baby's weight, to prevent the Bag from riding up around your baby's face. See our Size Guide for more information.

For sleep only. Do not allow a child to walk around when wearing the Sleeping Bag. Not suitable for use in a 5 point harness.
