Exchange & Return
Your order is safely protected by our 14-Day Exchange & Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with the product, simply contact us, with your order number, to request an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt.
After your request is approved, you can either visit one of our local shops with the product or send the product to us by post.
For exchange, only exchange of similar products or models at the same or lower price is available. Additional payment is required if you would like to exchange for a more expensive product.
For return, only the unit price less any discount is refundable. Shipping fees and other charges are non-refundable. The refund will be made within 7 working days via the original payment method or in the form of store credit*. Our local shops only provide drop-off service.
Only products in unopened, unused, unworn, and their original conditions are eligible for exchange or return.
Below products are NOT eligible for exchange, return or cancellation (applicable to Event / Workshop only):
- Pierced Jewellery
- Sock
- Headwear
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Furniture / Mattress
- Personalised / Customised Item
- On Sale Products
- Gift Vouchers
- Products / Gifts / Service given from promotions / giveaways / contests / sweepstakes
- Event / Workshop (if cancellation is requested within 7 days before the date of event / workshop, it will be handled with discretion)
If the returned product does not meet the requirement for exchange or return after checking, you will be asked to collect it at our local shops or be responsible for the return postage if delivery is preferred.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please inform us the details of the defects by photographs as well.
*For pre-order items, and orders placed at local shops, refund will only be made in the form of store credit.
